Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before creating an account. Creating an account means you agree to everything below.

1. What Falcon Flow is

Falcon Flow is a seven-level contribution and payout platform. You choose a starting level, contribute the entry amount for that level, and are placed into a strict first-in-first-out queue with everyone else contributing at that level. No referral, invite, or recruitment of any kind is required to join, progress, or receive a payout.

2. Eligibility & account registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register.
  • You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password confidential.
  • Each person may hold only one account. We may suspend duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Funds & custody

Contributions and payouts move as USDC on public blockchain networks. Deposit addresses are generated per-account and withdrawals are reviewed and released by an administrator. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed — double-check any address you link or enter. Network fees charged by the blockchain itself are outside our control and are not refundable.

4. No guaranteed returns

  • There is no guaranteed payout date. Your position depends on contributions and Support Fund allocations that haven't happened yet.
  • There is no guaranteed profit, guaranteed income, or risk-free return of any kind.
  • Automatic progression and the Support Fund improve liquidity but do not mathematically guarantee zero waiting time under every growth scenario.
  • You should never contribute funds you cannot afford to have tied up or to lose.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: create multiple accounts to manipulate queue position, attempt to interfere with the platform's security or availability, use the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose, or misrepresent your identity or the source of your funds.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or disable an account that violates these terms, is suspected of fraud, or is required to be restricted by law. Where an account is disabled, any funded but unpaid position is handled case-by-case by an administrator.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Falcon Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including losses caused by blockchain network congestion, third-party wallet software, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your account after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.
